Please find here the total cost for the number of days you intend to stay, if you plan to be accommodated at the conference venue, the Catholic Renewal Centre: Daily accommodation $10, meals $7 (breakfast, lunch & dinner). For couples, please take note that male & female accommodation quarters at the Catholic Renewal Centre are in separate blocks, so it is not possible to offer any mixed rooms. Please also note: Both male & female blocks consist of three floors without a lift. Please request a ground floor room if you have good reason (e.g. age or infirmity). Some rooms have ensuite bathrooms, and these will be allocated by need as well. Note 1: Accommodation is available from 3rd (lunch included) until morning of 8th, and for RFYN participants, from 1st (lunch included) to 8th. (Congress closes on 7th). Rooms to be vacated by midday on 8th (breakfast included, lunch available at own cost). If you have any special requirements, please note them in the Remarks box at the end of this form, or advise us at hq@iarf.net Note 2: Your accommodation at the CRC is a package that includes all meals ($7 per day for breakfast, lunch & dinner). If you wish to eat out in the city, you will be considered to have donated the cost of your venue dinner (or lunch) to one of IARF’s projects - in keeping with the organization’s ‘Donate a Meal’ tradition.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Requests for Registration Fee refund will be accepted if received before 31st July 2010, less 20% administration charge. Refunds cannot be made for cancellation requests received after that date, or for non-attendance.
