Please find here the total conference charge for the number of days you choose to attend if you are intending to stay at a hotel of your choice. A daily lunch at the Congress venue (“the CRC”) is included, at a cost of $3. If you wish to have breakfasts and/or dinners at the CRC as well, please specify the dates & meals of your choice in the Remarks box at the end of this registration form. We will then send you a bill to confirm the total amount including all meals, with a reminder that payment is through PayPal.

Cancellation & Refund Policy Requests for Registration Fee refund will be accepted if received before 31st July 2010, less 20% administration charge. No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after that date, or for non-attendance.
